- MTA Trading Inc strives to ship every order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to ship out from our warehouse. Be aware that orders with alternate or international shipping addresses may be delayed. Ground delivery within the US takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. - Please be aware that international customers are responsible for all import customs and duties that are incurred when items arrive in their country. International customers should be sure to contact us before placing the order on ebay in order to determine acceptable payment methods, and ship rates.
- Customers from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico should choose the 2 Day Air listed shipping selection. Boxes going to APO addresses should add $10 to the listed shipping costs.
- Expedited Shipping is available. Please contact us at 800-962-9438 after you place your order to arrange for expedited delivery. Representatives are standing by.
- We collect sales tax for all orders shipping to the state of NY.
- Packages cannot be rerouted mid-delivery, nor can you arrange for pick up at UPS Stations. If you missed your delivery, please call the shipping company to reship to you. If it is on its way back to us, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
- Returns/Exchanges: If you want to return or exchange a product ordered from MTA Trading Inc., you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number must be issued within 7 calendar days of date of purchase. The condition of the returns must be in its original box with all its inserts and accessories, instruction booklets, paperwork, and without any removal or alteration of the ups or serial number. We reserve the right to refuse all returns that do not meet the above standards. A restocking fee from 5-15% will be applied to the return. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.
- Defective Items: An item that is defective upon receipt can be exchanged for the same item without a fee. The buyer is responsible for shipping it back to us, and we will ship the replacement back to you at no charge. If you wish to return a defective item for a refund, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Again, if you want an exchange a defective item for a replacement, no restock fee applies.
